<br />2 <br />Technical Approach <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Project Management <br />We will hold a kickoff meeting with staff to finalize the scope, tasks, and project timeline. A solid discussion of <br />the expected deliverables will make sure all project team members start off on the same page. We will work <br />with the Project Management Team to oversee the planning process and provide direct feedback throughout <br />the project. <br /> <br />We anticipate the following project management meetings: <br />• Monthly or milestone check-in meetings <br />• Workshops with the Project Management Team at project milestone s <br />• Meetings with the Project Management Team to review and approve the draft and final strategic plan <br />• Mid-project update/briefing with the Advisory Board and county leadership <br />• Final presentation(s) <br /> <br />Alignment with County Plans <br />Our team will review the 2050 land use plan, Orange County Strategic Plan, planning department plans and <br />studies, and other county and regional plans that impact the economic development strategic plan.
