A strategic plan is an important <br />guiding document outlining goals and strategies to implement a shared vision. We understand the goal of this <br />process is to use data analysis to develop policies that will help guide economic development decision making <br />over the next five years. <br /> <br />We designed the scope of work based on the requirements of the RF P and best practices from our experience <br />in strategic planning. The first task is to develop a comprehensive picture of Orange County’s economy to <br />inform strategies. Next, we will engage a broad group of stakeholders to contribute to a thorough SWOT <br />Analysis. We propose to gather information through interviews, input sessions, and surveys with a wide range <br />of stakeholders, allies, and partners. Our team will align the Orange County strategy with existing community <br />development initiatives and apply best practices from leading economic development organizations. The <br />resulting strategic plan will be actionable with an implementation guide and performance measures. The plan <br />will set a course for Orange County to diversify and grow the local economy, thereby creating opportunities for <br />all citizens. <br /> <br />Creative EDC and Economic Leadership teamed for this project to apply our unique expertise to the <br />opportunities and challenges of Orange County.
