We are requesting basic <br />information about your organization’s racial equity work. <br />Describe how the agency incorporates racial equity into its goals. (150 word limit) <br />Percent (%) of Staff who attended racial equity <br />trainings. <br />100 <br />Percent (%) of Board Members who attended racial <br />equity trainings. <br />100 <br />Describe other racial equity related activities. <br />We will continue to build identity-empowering curriculum and anti-racism within our <br />culture and programming and extend training to other organizations and youth <br />service providers on how to embed anti-racism and identity-empowerment through <br />relationships, as we've been doing. We believe our strategies for connecting with <br />youth and countering inequitable systems through relationships and access to <br />meaningful opportunities and resources could not only impact youth across North <br />Carolina, but also youth in other states. <br />Program was designed with the expressed needs of the participants and continues to <br />evolve based on their needs. <br />All staff receive racial equity training as part of their onboarding and ongoing support <br />to ensure youth-centered programming that supports their positive racial and identity <br />development.
