Strike Item 5a on the main lease dated 12/22/22 and add: The property will be used for non-residential purposes. <br />The County does not intend for anyone to live inside this residence. The County intends to use the property for <br />visitations, client meetings, and any additional needs the department has. <br /> <br />2. Landlord agrees to install a fence in the rear of the property to run from the back deck the length of the house.
