Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Cost Estimate a) We will utilize a cost estimating firm that has experience with preparing cost estimates of facilities such as the new Orange County Justice Center. b) We will prepare a ROM cost estimate for each option developed in step 2. c) We will meet with you and your team to review the ROM estimates. Products: • Space needs / Justice Department • Conceptual block diagram • Conceptual site plan options • Refined concept of the preferred option • ROM cost estimates We will prepare the above scope of services for a lump sum professional fee of: Twenty Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($23,500.00) Direct reimbursable expenses have been estimated at $250 and are included within the fee named above. O’Brien Atkins will invoice Orange County on a monthly percent complete basis for services performed. Payments are due within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoices O’Brien Atkins appreciates the opportunity to work with Orange County again.
