If the scope of <br />work as outlined above and the attached Terms and Conditions are acceptable to you, please sign the attached <br />Proposal Acceptance Form and return one copy to ECS. Please note that the attached Terms and Conditions of Service <br />are incorporated herein by reference and are an integral part of this agreement between us. The estimated cost <br />provided does not constitute a not-to-exceed price for our services. Additional visits, re-inspections and unanticipated <br />scopes of services may be required and will be invoiced in accordance with the attached fee schedule. ECS will invoice <br />you for services rendered on a unit-rate basis in accordance with the rates provided in the attached fee schedule.
