Orange County, North Carolina <br />VHF Paging System Upgrades <br />July 19, 2024 <br />Use or disclosure of this proposal is subject <br />to the restrictions on the cover page. <br />Motorola Solutions Confidential Restricted Statement Of Work 1-5 <br /> <br />Orange County Responsibilities: <br />• None. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />• Equipment ready for shipment to final destination. <br /> <br />1.6.4 Ship Acceptance (Milestone) <br />• All equipment shipped to the field. <br /> <br />INSTALL FIXED NETWORK EQUIPMENT <br />Motorola Responsibilities: <br />• Motorola will be responsible for the installation of all fixed equipment contained in the <br />equipment list and outlined in the System Description based upon the agreed to floor plans, at the <br />sites where the physical facility improvement is complete and the site is ready for installation. <br />All equipment will be properly secured to the floor and installed in a neat and professional <br />manner, employing a standard of workmanship consistent with its own R-56 installation <br />standards and in compliance with applicable National Electrical Code (NEC), EIA, Federal <br />Aviation Administration (FAA), and FCC standards and regulations/ <br />• For installation of the fixed equipment at the various sites, Motorola will furnish all cables for <br />power, audio, control, and radio transmission to connect the Motorola supplied equipment to the <br />power panels or receptacles and the audio/control line connection point. <br />• During field installation of the equipment, any required changes to the installation will be noted <br />and assembled with the final ‘as-built’ documentation of the system. <br />Orange County Responsibilities: <br />• Provide secure storage for the Motorola-provided equipment, at a location central to the sites. <br />Motorola coordinates the receipt of the equipment with the Customer’s designated contact, and <br />inventory all equipment. <br />• Provide access to the sites, as necessary. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />• Fixed Network Equipment installation completed and ready for optimization. <br /> <br />1.7.1 Fixed Network Equipment Installation Complete <br />• All fixed network equipment installed and accepted by the Customer. <br /> <br /> <br />1.7.2 System Installation Acceptance (Milestone) <br />• All equipment installations are completed and accepted by the Customer. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: A05892FB-E22F-4F9D-8892-114F73CBF1B7Docusign Envelope ID: 8FA7D053-A257-4BCD-BB7E-4DF984B26C6A
