Asset Management Services <br /> 306 Revere Road <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> Attn: Angel Barnes, Capital Projects Manager <br /> <br />PROJECT NAME/LOCATION: Seymour Center <br /> Waterline Easement Dedication Plat <br /> Chapel Hill, NC <br /> <br />SCOPE AND EXTENT OF SERVICES: Deed research, field measurements, computations, <br />drafting and co-ordination with Town of Chapel Hill Planning, OWASA/Owner and Orange Co. <br />Register of Deeds in order to prepare a Waterline Easement Dedication Plat for Seymour Center <br />(PIN 9880-00-8527). Prepare planning review application, obtain planning approval to record. Set <br />new easement monumentation as required. This survey shall conform in all repects with 21 NCAC <br />56 (NC Surveying Standards) and GS 47-30. <br /> <br />Fixed Fee: $4,800.00 <br /> <br />Special Provisions- 1) We are prepared to begin work within 4 weeks upon acceptance of this <br /> Proposal of an Agreement and waterline markings. <br />2) Town of Chapel Hill Planning approval is expected but cannot be <br />guaranteed by Riley Surveying, PA. <br />3) Fee includes 1st resubmittal to the Town of Chapel Hill Planning after <br />review comments have been addressed. <br />4) Owner to have waterlines, which are associated with the new <br />easement marked prior to survey commencement. <br /> <br />The Terms and Conditions following this page are a part of this Agreement.
