ENO ARTS MILL STUDIOS <br />437 Dimmocks Mill Road, Suite 27 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />THIS REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of the Effective Date between Orange County, a political <br />subdivision of the State of North Carolina, (“County”), and___________________________, (“Licensee”). <br />Upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, County licenses Licensee, and Licensee accepts from County, the right to access <br />property referred to as the Premises, all as follows: <br />1.OVERVIEW AND DEFINITIONS <br />a.Licensee’s Notice Address:___________________________________________________ <br />___________________________________________________ <br />b. Tryon Street <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />With a copy to: <br />Katie Murray <br />Arts Commission Director <br />437 Dimmocks Mill Road, Office 34 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />c.Premises:Assigned Area—Studio Space ____, located within the Eno Arts Mill Studios. <br />d.Eno Arts Mill Studios (“Studios”): That certain area within Suite 27 of the Eno River Mill Complex located at <br />437 Dimmocks Mill Road, Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278. <br />e. Term:The term of this Agreement commences on the Commencement Date and <br />expires, if not sooner terminated, at noon on the one year anniversary of the <br />Commencement Date, subject to extension for successive one-year periods <br />(each, an “Extension Period”) as set forth in Paragraph 3 of this Agreement. <br />f.Commencement Date:The date on which the Premises is available to be accessed by Licensee, which <br />date is ________________. <br />g.Effective Date:_____________________, the date of this Agreement. <br />h.Monthly Fees:The fees payable during the Term of the Agreement is the fixed sum of <br />$____________, payable in monthly installments of $_____________. <br />i.
