The work involves identifying affordable <br /> housing alternatives , developing and maintaining systems to manage the g <br /> availability of affordable housing , and assisting people as they navigate housing I <br /> 1 <br /> resources for homelessness prevention , emergency response involving shelter , <br /> and permanent housing . j <br /> 3 <br /> Work is performed under the general supervision of the Homeless Programs <br /> Coordinator with some leeway to exercise independent judgment within the <br /> framework of applicable rules , regulations , policies and procedures in the <br /> performance of duties , both in terms of planning and accomplishing work , and in <br /> making decisions regarding needs and requests , Supervision or leading others may <br /> be a responsibility of this class depending on the assignment .
