Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, NC 27278 | 919.245.2575 <br />CERTIFICATION OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION <br />VARIANCE REQUEST – BA24-0005 (PIN 9857-87-2089) <br />I, Lauren Honeycutt, with Orange County, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 2.12.6 of the Orange County Unified <br />Development Ordinance (UDO), I have caused notice of a HEARING for the project <br />referenced herein. <br />1.MAILED NOTICES: Notices informing property owners within 1,000 of the subject <br />property were sent November 26, 2024.
