This can be addressed in the narrative and, to an extent, already has but <br />needs to be explicitly addressed. <br />Site Plan <br />1.Please include statement (preferably on-site plan) noting method of disposal of trees, <br />limbs, stumps, and construction debris associated with the permitted activity (UDO <br />Section 2.7.3(B)(8)). <br />2.Site plan to be updated to reflect all parcels subject to proposed Special Use Permit. <br />3.Please provide survey of property detailed on Sheet L-1.0 as a separate sheet for better <br />review. Survey will acceptably address UDO Section 2.5.3(A) and 2.5.3(E). <br />4.Please provide separate sheet to address UDO Section 2.5.3(D): zoning of property, <br />zoning of all adjacent properties, and existing land uses on adjacent properties. <br />5.Site plan acreage/summary data to be updated to reflect all parcels subject to Camp use <br />proposal. <br />6.Site plan to include note detailing total acreage, total building sf, required and proposed <br />parking. UDO Section 2.5.3(F). <br />7.Please confirm whether there are any plans for on-site lighting or signage specific to the <br />Camp use. <br />8.Update site data to include reference to R-1 dimensional standards relevant to non- <br />residential use of the property.
