December 4, 2024 <br />TLC Brumley Special Use Permit (SUP) Application <br />Case #: SUP24-0010 <br />PIN: 9883-30-4125 <br />Re: Development Advisory Committee Report for SUP23-0011 (UDO § 1.9.5) <br />The Orange County Development Advisory Committee (DAC) met on May 2, 2024, for a review <br />and discussion of the special use permit application for PIN 9883-30-4125 (Case #: SUP24- <br />0010). <br />The Orange County DAC has no objections to the approval of the special use permit application <br />so long as the items in the attached departmental memos are addressed.
