The ordinance requires that the mailings be sent no less than 10 no more than 24 13 <br />days before the hearing, so they were sent August 28th. 14 <br /> 15 <br />Ron Geib: And in that letter, it didn't state what we would need to demonstrate standing. It told us about the 16 <br />hearing and that, if we had questions, we could call or come to the hearing, and so that's why I'm 17 <br />here, but we didn't know we were going to have to have some kind of expert appraisal to have 18 <br />standing. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Leon Meyers: I understand.
