The applicant has applied for a variance from the 28 <br />150-foot reservoir buffer to allow for the construction of a single-family home within 75 feet 29 <br />from Lake Orange. 30 31 <br />The site is located on Orange County PIN 9857-87-2156, has road frontage along Old Lake 32 <br />Trail, and lies within the Cedar Grove Township of Orange County. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Taylor Perschau: Good evening, Board.
