Yes and 13: Most residents were able to reach <br /> no* their call bells, however one resident <br /> was sitting in a chair with the table <br /> beside her and the bed and her call bell <br /> was attached to the bed- not within her <br /> reach. <br /> 1. Were residents asked their preferences or opinions about Yes* 15: Residents were very enthusiastic about <br /> the activities planned for them at the facility? the activities program and the staff. Bingo <br /> was mentioned as an activity that is really <br /> enjoyed. It was also mentioned that the <br /> activity director makes room visits to make <br /> sure that residents get to participate in <br /> activities they enjoy. <br /> 1. Do residents have the opportunity to purchase personal Yes <br /> items of their choice using their monthly needs funds? <br /> Can residents access their monthly needs funds at their Yes <br /> convenience? <br /> 1. The Activity program <br /> continues to be a strength and enjoyed by <br /> the residents. <br /> The only irregularity we found was one call <br /> bell not within reach. <br /> Covid case numbers are increasing in <br /> Orange County and the Administrator <br /> informed us that they are doing regular <br /> Covid testing per CDC guidelines and <br /> requesting residents wear masks during <br /> group activities. The updated vaccine will <br /> also be available to all residents and staff <br /> later this month. <br />
