Cost to the <br /> County is $43,485.50. <br /> 11)Memorandum of understanding between Orange County and the Town of Chapel Hill for <br /> the joint funding of the CoStar Realty platform that provides commercial real estate data <br /> and analytics, trends and future lookout for commercial properties. Expires June 30, 2026. <br /> Total cost to the County is $15,016. <br /> Due to statutory requirements, going forward these intergovernmental agreements and any others <br /> will appear on BOCC Business meeting agendas. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The financial impact to the County is itemized in each description above. <br /> ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC PLAN: There are no Orange County Strategic Plan Goals <br /> applicable to this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board acknowledge and ratify the <br /> above-described intergovernmental agreements executed by the Manager. <br />
