She said that this is a scoring matrix and that they <br /> 12 should challenge applicants to meet the '/4 mile. She said that way either everyone will get it, or <br /> 13 no one will. <br /> 14 Chair Bedford said that those are two good comments, and they will be given to the <br /> 15 manager to work on. <br /> 16 Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked how traditionally underserved areas of the county will <br /> 17 overlap with the access to transportation. <br /> 18 Vice-Chair Greene said there are some traditionally underserved areas in the towns and <br /> 19 not just unincorporated areas. She said that she wanted it to be possible to increase the number <br /> 20 and frequency of bus trips to neighborhoods like northside. <br /> 21 Blake Rosser said they will take that into account and the underserved areas in the towns <br /> 22 are harder to identify. <br /> 23 Aaron Cohen said community development is studying hotspots for housing displacement <br /> 24 in the towns and those findings could be incorporated. <br />
