4 <br /> 1 A total of 93 photographs were submitted. A panel of independent judges selected first, second <br /> 2 and third place winners from the Youth and Adult divisions. In addition, judges identified an <br /> 3 additional Honorable Mention award per age group since there were so many high-quality <br /> 4 submissions. This year's judges were Lindsay Metivier, Andrew Neal, and Ethan Duvall. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 Winners received a congratulatory letter, certificate, and for first through third place, a small <br /> 7 monetary award. The photographs will be displayed throughout the County. Last year's photos <br /> 8 were displayed at the Chapel Hill & Orange County Welcome Center, the Chapel Hill Library, <br /> 9 Central Recreation Center, Whitted Center, Hillsborough Visitor Center, Orange County Library, <br /> 10 Lanza's Cafe, and Southern Human Services Center.
