She said that she heard a resident say the timeline should be extended. <br /> 16 Emily Gvino said the majority were around October 23-28th but she can provide more <br /> 17 detailed data. She said that it is most active when surveys first launch. <br /> 18 Cy Stober said online participation only spikes in participation after engagement events in <br /> 19 October, and there is another big spike when the County Manager sent the survey to employees <br /> 20 to complete.
