Services Contract Award for Justice Facility Fire Alarm System Replacement <br /> 24 The Board: <br /> 25 1) Approved the County entering into a service contract with Siemens Industry, Inc. for the <br /> 26 replacement of the Justice Facility Fire Alarm system; and <br /> 27 2) Authorized the County Manager to execute the Agreement, subject to final review by the <br /> 28 County Attorney, and any subsequent amendments for contingent and unforeseen <br /> 29 requirements up to the approved budget amount on behalf of the Board. <br /> 30 r. Family Caregivers Month and Caregiver Day of Care Proclamation <br /> 31 The Board approved a proclamation recognizing November 2024 as Family Caregivers Month in <br /> 32 Orange County and designating November 16, 2024 as Orange County's Caregiver Day of Care. <br /> 33 s. Continuation of Takeaway Meals Program and In-Home Services Program and Approval <br /> 34 of Budget Amendment#2-H <br /> 35 The Board approved the continuation of the Department on Aging Takeaway Meals Program and <br /> 36 In-Home Services Program previously funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and <br /> 37 approve Budget Amendment #2-H. <br /> 38 t.
