Among the two largest racial/ethnic groups in Orange County,we find that neither Whites <br /> nor African-Americans are disproportionately affected by housing problems at any income level. <br /> However, we do find that Hispanics are disproportionately affected by housing problems among <br /> households earning(1) below 30%AMI and (2) between 80-100%AMI.
