He said it is contradictory. <br /> 9 Leigh Anne King said she understands his point and can adjust that in the final report. She <br /> 10 said that the private wastewater was close, but the water was not as close. She said the point is <br /> 11 there is not strong support for either when compared to strongly supporting or not supporting. <br /> 12 Commissioner McKee said he wants the document to be as clear as possible because it <br /> 13 will be a major impact. <br /> 14 Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked if there are other factors to be considered like age and <br /> 15 income level for those who are being surveyed. She said the participation from the Asian <br /> 16 community is low and asked what the plan is to engage them. <br />
