3 <br /> Past agencies funded are as follows: <br /> Activity Agency <br /> Habitat for Humanity <br /> Homebuyer AssistanceCommunity Home Trust <br /> am Community Empowerment Fund <br /> Rehabilitation Rebuilding Together of the Triangle <br /> Acquisition EMPOWERment, Inc. <br /> Tenant-Based Rental Orange County Partnership to End <br /> Assistance Homelessness (OCPEH) <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with conducting the public hearing. <br /> ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC PLAN: This item supports: <br /> • GOAL 3: HOUSING FOR ALL <br /> OBJECTIVE 1. Allocate predictable funding sources to contribute or support adding to <br /> affordable housing stock. <br /> OBJECTIVE 2. Address need and any policy barriers to increase access to emergency <br /> shelter beds and other low-barrier housing including eviction diversion. <br /> OBJECTIVE 7. Expand resources and invest in housing designed for our aging and <br /> disabled residents. <br /> OBJECTIVE 8. Preserve existing housing stock from disrepair and avoid displacement. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board open the public hearing, <br /> receive public comments, and close the public hearing. A second public hearing will be scheduled <br /> in spring 2025 after a draft of the Plan has been published. <br />
