FURTHERMORE, the task force will be charged with recommending growth <br />management guidelines, policies and boundaries for those areas appropriate for public <br />water and sewer service in conjunction with the Orange County Comprehensive Plan <br />Update and report its recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners no later <br />than November 22, 2004, at which time the Task Force shall sunset. <br />This the 4~h day of May, 2004, <br />Barry Jacobs, Chair <br />Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />
