Docusign Envelope ID:5E8BDF61-7622-4D69-B99C-8AA458CF606B <br /> 6 <br /> SECTION 1 <br /> STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> Motorola is proposing to Orange County the installation and configuration of the following <br /> equipment at the specified locations. <br /> Site Name Major Equipment <br /> Orange County Primary Dispatch Four(4)MCG8000 CCGWs <br /> Center Eighteen(18)APX Control Stations <br /> One 1 Twelve-Channel Combiner <br /> The document delineates the general responsibilities between Motorola and Orange County as agreed <br /> to by contract. <br /> 1.1 MOTOROLA RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> Motorola's general responsibilities include the following: <br /> • Perform the programming and optimization of the Motorola supplied equipment described above. <br /> • Schedule the programming and optimization in agreement with Orange County. <br /> • Install all console operator dispatch and related backroom network equipment. <br /> • Provide and install all required network and peripheral equipment and cables. <br /> • Provide Orange County with the appropriate system interconnect specifications. <br /> 1.2 ORANGE COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> Orange County will assume responsibility for the installation and performance of all equipment and <br /> work necessary for completion of this project that is not provided by Motorola. Orange County's <br /> general responsibilities include the following: <br /> • Provide all buildings, equipment shelters, and towers required for system installation <br /> • Insure communications sites meet space, grounding,power, and connectivity requirements for the <br /> installation of all equipment. <br /> • Obtain all licensing, site access, or permitting required for project implementation. <br /> • Obtain frequencies or FCC licenses for project as required. <br /> • Provide required system Ethernet interconnections to the P25 Master Site should changes be <br /> required. <br /> • The Orange County console MCC7500 upgrade will replace portions of the existing backroom <br /> console equipment as well as providing eighteen control stations and one twelve channel control <br /> station combiner <br /> • Provide adequate physical space,HVAC and electrical requirements at all locations for the new <br /> equipment. <br /> • Orange County will provide a dedicated delivery point, such as a warehouse,for receipt, <br /> inventory and storage of equipment prior to delivery to the site(s). <br /> • Coordinate the activities for all Orange County vendors or other contractors. <br /> Orange County,NC 25 October 2024 <br /> MCC7500 Console System Use or disclosure of this proposal is subject <br /> to the restrictions on the cover page. <br /> ® Motorola Solutions Statement of Work 1-1 <br />
