<br /> <br /> 6 <br />Unless otherwise agreed to by the CUSTOMER and DNS in writing, the Scope of Services in this <br />document shall be performed during DNS Hours of Operation (EST), which include the following: <br />Regular Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm <br />Weeknight Hours: Monday – Thursday 5:00 pm - 9:00 am <br />Weekend Hours: Friday 5:00 pm – Monday 9:00 am <br />Holiday Hours: Federally observed holiday and adjoining weekend days <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WORK LOCATION(S) <br />Work shall be performed at the following Customer location(s): <br />• Remote <br /> <br />DELIVERY METHODOLOGY & TIMELINE <br />We will begin scheduling services within 2 weeks of receipt of the PO, with an estimated target completion <br />date of February 1st, 2025. <br />Services may be delivered in person or via remote access as agreed between DNS and the CUSTOMER. <br /> <br />Unless specified otherwise, all work is to be completed within one calendar year of the issuance of a <br />purchase order for these services. <br /> <br />Unless otherwise outlined in this section, all projects are scoped as firm-fixed-price engagements, with <br />project completion contingent on the successful implementation of deliverables listed under DNS <br />Responsibilities & Deliverables in the Project Scope section. The CUSTOMER will be billed for the project <br />upfront. If the project was scoped and sold with a known quantity of days, the entirety of the project would <br />be billed upfront to the CUSTOMER. Any extra time that may not have been used during this engagement <br />will be available for the CUSTOMER’s use up to one (1) year from the time of order processing of the <br />project. <br /> <br />CONFIDENTIALITY <br />All information contained within this statement of work is the intellectual property of Data Network <br />Solutions and will not be shared outside of the relationship between DNS and the CUSTOMER without <br />the express written permission of the DNS Account Executive. <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: D040EFAB-2D80-498F-8058-E854C6400347
