DNS also recommends that the CUSTOMER perform a full <br />working backup of their network before the commencement of services. <br />• Any required configuration efforts associated with the existing network, security, or data center <br />infrastructure not specified in this SOW are to be performed by the CUSTOMER or by DNS under <br />the direct supervision of the CUSTOMER. <br />• Coordinating all maintenance windows for any changes or outages as outlined in this project's <br />scope. <br />• Maintaining current maintenance agreement(s) on any item in this project's scope. <br />• Maintaining required software licenses as needed for all items in this project's scope. <br />• Work with end users to ensure that data was migrated successfully and is accessible via <br />OneDrive <br /> <br />MUTUAL RESPONSIBILITIES <br />• Participate in project kick-off. <br />• Escalate issues during the project to the appropriate resources as needed. <br />• Testing of migration to OneDrive for multiple accounts <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />• Remote Sessions will be the preferred delivery method for this project. <br />• Any on-site assistance must adhere to DNS, Customer, State, and Local Policies/Regulations. <br /> <br />PROJECT TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />The following section details the underlying Terms and Conditions on which the Project Scope is based <br />and under which DNS will deliver services. <br /> <br />GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />• A completed and delivered Statement of Work (SOW) must be executed and reviewed by the <br />CUSTOMER before project kick-off. <br />• CUSTOMER acknowledges that disruptions of Production traffic or workloads, including the <br />internet, email, data, and applications, are possible when work is performed in the Production <br />environment. <br />• All parties agree that DNS shall not be asked to perform, nor volunteer to perform, engineering or <br />consulting tasks outside DNS personnel's skill sets and experience. DNS has the right to decline a <br />service request if the request falls outside the scope of its knowledge and expertise. DNS <br />reserves the right to bring in additional resources to meet the CUSTOMER's request, which may <br />involve Time and Materials billing outside of the project cost. <br />• DNS will not provide service to resolve software or hardware problems resulting from third-party <br />products or causes beyond the product vendor’s and DNS’ control. <br />• DNS is not responsible for delays caused by failures, delays in receiving data from the <br />CUSTOMER, or delays in scheduling by the CUSTOMER. <br />• DNS is not responsible for delays caused by the CUSTOMER’s failure to adhere to the project <br />plan or respond in a timely manner to requests for items or information needed to perform the <br />Scope of Service or items identified and the CUSTOMER’s responsibilities in this SOW. <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: D040EFAB-2D80-498F-8058-E854C6400347
