□CONTRACT <br />Date 10/30/24 <br />In Agreement with Orange County Landfill <br />Base needed to prepare job A.B.C. <br />Asphalt to be laid approximately 5” <br />SPECIFICATIONS <br />(1)Saw cut and remove entrance side approx. 244 sq. yd. <br />(2)Saw cut and remove exit side approx. 105 sq. yd. <br />(3)Grade area, add ABC base as needed. <br />(4)Compact base with vibratory roller. <br />(5)Pave both sides with a 3” binder course and 2” finish course of asphalt. <br />(6)Total of 5” <br />(7)Total $26,775 <br />Located at Eubanks Rd. Chapel Hill Phone 919-918-4916 <br />Total price $26,775 <br />The sum of $0 paid in advance, $26,775 is the balance due upon completion <br />This proposal will constitute a contract is signed by both contracting parties. If for any reason the customer decides not to have said job done, <br />20% of price will be paid for services rendered. <br />All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed <br />only upon written orders, and will become a charge over and above the estimate. No guarantee on any vegetation, low spots or water, <br />concrete ribbon, joints, tire marks, power steering marks or cracks. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our <br />control. Owner to be responsible for his base. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. <br />I (We) the Purchaser promises to pay on, on order, at any time hereafter, balance due as shown above, and to secure payment of said amount.
