Orange County August 8, 2024 <br />ASTRO 25 Managed Detection and Response 24-177976 / Cybersecurity Services <br />Statement of Work <br /> <br />Use or disclosure of this proposal is subject to the restrictions on the cover page. <br />Motorola Solutions Confidential Restricted <br /> <br />Page 2-3 <br />• Allow Motorola Solutions continuous remote access to monitor the ASTRO 25 network and <br />applicable CEN systems. This includes keeping the connection active, providing passwords, <br />and working with Motorola Solutions to understand and maintain proper administration <br />privileges. <br />• Provide continuous utility service (s) to any Motorola Solutions equipment installed or utilized at <br />the Customer’s premises to support service delivery. <br />• Provide Motorola Solutions with contact information necessary to complete the Customer <br />Support Plan (CSP). Notify the assigned Customer Support Manager (CSM) in advance of a ny <br />contact information changes. <br />• Notify Motorola Solutions if any new components are added to or removed from the <br />environment as it may be necessary to update or incorporate in Managed Detection and <br />Response. Changes to monitored components may result in changes to the pricing of the <br />Managed Detection and Response service . <br />• As necessary, upgrade the ASTRO 25 system , on-site systems, and third-party software or <br />tools to supported releases. <br />• Allow Motorola Solutions’ dispatched field service technicians physical access to monitoring <br />hardware when required. <br />• Cooperate with Motorola Solutions and perform all acts that are required to enable Motorola <br />Solutions to provide the services described in this SOW. <br />• Configure and maintain networking infrastructure physical and logical configuration to mirror <br />(typically via a port(s) on a switch) network traffic to the ActiveEye sensor for applicable CEN <br />systems. <br />• Responding to Cybersecurity Incident Cases created by the Motorola Solutions Security <br />Operations Center. <br />2.2.3 Service Modules <br />The following subsections describe the delivery of the service modules selected in Table 1-2: Service <br />Modules. <br />2.2.3.1 Log Analytics <br />Motorola Solutions Responsibilities <br />• Consult with and advise the Customer on performing necessary system configurations to direct <br />log sources to the appropriate Remote Security Sensor. <br />• Configure Customer’s networking infrastructure to allow AERSS to Communicate with <br />ActiveEye as defined. <br />• The SOC will consult with the Customer to identify appropriate log sources for the level of threat <br />detection desired in each environment. <br />Applies to included console infrastructure. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: AD07CE02-1F94-4496-ABD0-D61F9CBE562C
