Orange County, NC August 8, 2024 <br />ASTRO® 25 Advanced Services Statement of Work <br />Advanced Services Detailed Description <br /> <br />Use or disclosure of this proposal is subject to the restrictions on the cover page. <br />Motorola Solutions <br />Page 54 <br />DISPATCH SITE CHECKLIST – LEVEL 1 <br />Recording Verify operator position being recorded on long term logging recorder, if included in <br />service agreement <br />Computer Performance Testing <br />Computer Reboot Reboot operator position computer. <br />Computer <br />Operational <br />Confirm the client computer is fully operational (if applicable). <br />Audio Testing <br />Conventional <br />Resources <br />Confirm all conventional resources are functional, with adequate audio levels and <br />quality. <br />Secure Mode Confirm any secure talkgroups are operational in secure mode. <br />Trunked <br />Resources <br />Confirm all trunked resources on screen are functioning by placing a call in both <br />directions, at the Customer's discretion, and at a single operator position <br />Backup Resources Confirm backup resources are operational. <br />Logging Equipment Testing <br />Recording - AIS <br />Test <br />Verify audio logging of trunked calls. <br />Recording With Customer assistance, test operator position logging on recorder. <br />System Alarms Review the alarm system on all logging equipment for errors. <br />Capture <br />Diagnostics <br />Perform recommended diagnostic tests based on equipment, and capture available <br />diagnostic logs. <br />Verify System <br />software Physical <br />media <br />Perform audit of software media on site.
