Orange County, NC August 8, 2024 <br />ASTRO® 25 Advanced Services Statement of Work <br />Advanced Services Detailed Description <br /> <br />Use or disclosure of this proposal is subject to the restrictions on the cover page. <br />Motorola Solutions <br />Page 41 <br />4.1.7.3 Tenanted Customers Access to Antivirus Updates <br />Where a Customer is a Tenant Customer (for example, a Public Safety Access Point / Dispatch Center) <br />on a Core system owned and operated by another organization, any Tenant customer systems such as <br />dispatch consoles need to be able to access the core Centra l Security Management Server (CSMS). <br />The RSUS team will need permission from the Core system owners to allow connectivity from the Core <br />system to any RSUS entitled Tenant Customers. <br />4.1.7.4 Inclusions <br />Supported ASTRO 25 core types and security update delivery methods are included in Table 7: SUS <br />Options. This table indicates if Motorola will provide any RSUS optional services to the Customer. <br />RSUS supports the current Motorola ASTRO 25 system release an d aligns with the established <br />Software Support Policy (SwSP). <br />Motorola reserves the right to determine which releases are supported as business conditions dictate. <br />Additional charges may apply in the event of supporting releases that are no longer within the Standard <br />Support Period (as defined by the SWSP). Patches will be <br />installed on the cadence described in that section. <br />- As outlined in 4.1.8.2: Scope, coordinate and communicate with the Customer when <br />installing updates that will require server reboots, workstation reboots, or both. <br />- Install non-intrusive updates, like antivirus definitions, as released without coordination. <br />• In the event that no security updates are released by the Original Equipment Manufacturers <br />(OEM), the Final RSUS Patch Report can be reviewed by the Customer to identify where no <br />new security updates were required. <br />• Coordinate RSUS activities with any other Motorola system maintenance or other engineering <br />activities with the Customer to minimize downtime, inefficiency and operational impact. <br />Limitations and Exclusions <br />• Systems with non-standard configurations that have not been certified by Motorola’s Systems <br />Integration and Test (SIT) team are specifically excluded from this service, unless otherwise <br />agreed in writing by Motorola. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: AD07CE02-1F94-4496-ABD0-D61F9CBE562C
