Orange County, NC August 8, 2024 <br />ASTRO® 25 Advanced Services Statement of Work <br />Advanced Services Detailed Description <br /> <br />Use or disclosure of this proposal is subject to the restrictions on the cover page. <br />Motorola Solutions <br />Page 37 <br />Customer Responsibilities <br />• Provide Motorola with predefined information necessary to complete a Customer Support Plan <br />(CSP) prior to the Agreement start date. <br />• Provide timely updates on changes of information supplied in the CSP to Motorola’s assigned <br />CSM. <br />• Update Motorola with any changes in contact information, specifically for authorized users of <br />Motorola’s secure website. <br />• Provide means for accessing Motorola’s secure website to collect the pretested files. <br />• Download and apply only to the Customer's system as applicable, based on the Customer <br />Agreement and the scope of the purchased service. Distribution to any other system or user <br />other than the system/user contemplated by the Customer Agreement is not permit ted. <br />• Implement Motorola Technical Notices (MTN) to keep the system current and patchable. <br />• Adhere closely to the Motorola Solutions Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO) <br />troubleshooting guidelines provided upon system acquisition. Failure to follow CMSO guidelines <br />may cause the Customer and Motorola unnecessary or overly burdensome remed iation efforts. <br />In such cases, Motorola reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the remediation effort. <br />• Upgrade system to a supported system release when needed to continue service.
