Page 4 of 9 <br />Provide a detailed one-line diagram of the system, outlining electrical <br />interconnections, load distribution, and compliance with local building and <br />electrical codes. <br />Provide panelboard and circuit schedule. <br />Review the existing infrastructure, including panels, breakers, and cables, for <br />their adequacy in supporting the new installation. The technical specification <br />for the charging station will be developed, including an evaluation of voltage <br />types, ratings, environmental qualifications, and applicable National Electric <br />Code (NEC) requirements for the charging posts. Ensure proper grounding <br />and bonding of the charging equipment to enhance safety. <br />Provide design of the structural components, including steel support <br />structures, foundation pedestals, and conduit trenching. Prepare cable and <br />conduit schedule. <br />Provide a drainage study related to the installation of the EV charging station <br />alongside site grading design and erosion control measures. The right of way, <br />easement, and traƯic control plan (TCP) for construction shall be provided <br />depending on the selected locations. <br />Evaluate parking and ADA Compliance as applicable. <br />Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost estimates, considering the variations <br />in equipment cost, location, and labor. <br />Provide construction bid specifications. <br />Provide 30%, 60%, 95% and 100% design documents.
