Currently in a state of disrepair, the house is located near the park <br />entrance and will be visible to visitors entering and leaving the property (Attachment 1). Faced <br />with a limited time frame to make the entranceway attractive in time for the park opening (fall <br />2004), Orange and Durham staffs have evaluated a range of seven options for the house: <br />1) Demolish house <br />2) Deconstruct house <br />3) Move house off site <br />4) Relocate house on site <br />5) Stabilize house <br />6) Renovate for reuse <br />7) Renovate exterior shell, only <br />(A detailed analysis of the different options is included as Attachment 2.) <br />
