Previous area <br /> labels remain unchanged. After recalculation the total finished area corrected from 3,911 sq. ft. <br /> to 3,133 sq. ft. <br /> • It was also discovered that the ceiling height of the second floor of the original farmhouse to be <br /> one inch short of 7 feet and therefore cannot be considered standard living space.
