DAC Awnings is <br /> requesting compromise of the late listing penalty, as they had no intention of not completing <br /> the listing and no changes in assets would have kept them from listing. <br /> Evidence submitted by the county representative: <br /> • DAC Awnings contacted our office in May to request a copy of the 2024 tax listing. They did <br /> indicate at that time they did not receive the original mailing. Upon receipt of the listing form <br /> they completed the listed and resubmitted back to our office on 5/13/2024.
