Last year, we piloted 2 <br />programs- the Bounce Back after-school program and Transitions, an In-School <br />Suspension support program to serve with the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools and <br />Orange County Schools districts. Since 2006, Boomerang has served over 3300 <br />Orange County middle and high school youth at risk of disconnection, supporting <br />them to stay in school and engage in their education through alternatives to <br />suspension, mentoring, and after-school and summer camp programs. We have a <br />proven track record of meeting our proposed outcomes and budgets with the Town of <br />Carrboro, the Town of Chapel Hill, and Orange County over the last 15+ years. <br />Currently, our designation as an Orange County Living Wage Certified Employer is <br />expired; we plan to renew Spring 2024. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 1E46DA1E-0260-4212-A023-FEA4EE5C1439
