Subsequently, agenda categories numbers five, six, and seven will therefore be renumbered to <br />six, seven and eight, respectively. <br />BACKGROUND: The Board of Commissioners adopted the "Rules of Procedure for the Board of <br />County Commissioners' in May, 2002. In Rule 11. Order of Business, Item (a) Regular Meetings -the <br />"Items for Decision -Consent Agenda" was placed in eighth place in the order. However, staff has <br />suggested that this item be moved to fifth place, and to subsequently, agenda categories numbers five, <br />six, and seven will therefore be renumbered to six, seven and eight, respectively in order to facilitate the <br />actions on these items. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The manager recommends that the Board adapt a change in its <br />Rules of Procedure: Rule 11, "Order of Business, (a) Regular Meetings' whereas, "Items far <br />Decision -Consent Agenda" shall be the fifth order of business instead of the eighth order of <br />business; and, furthermore, that the order of Regular Meeting Agenda Items 5, 6, and 7 <br />subsequently become 6, 7 and 8, respectively. <br />
