Several years ago we also had a volunteer <br />campaign focused specifically on recruiting UNC minority groups (such as Black <br />sororities, Hispanic clubs, etc.) and we intend to repeat something similar in the near <br />future. <br />Specific trainings staff have participated in include: "We Are" anti-racist training (Feb <br />2020 and again in Jan 2023); a series of trainings on respect, implicit bias, and <br />microaggressions with Duke's Director of DEI; learning opportunities for staff specific <br />to Burmese culture and Latinx migration issues; a racial equity cohort learning series; <br />and a DEI/HR webinar series focusing particularly on inclusion (race, gender, ability, <br />etc.). <br />68000 <br />Docusign Envelope ID: D43192F0-F492-433D-8CDD-C94458BC2F9A
