Per our meeting on-site, I have listed the items below <br />that will be provided. I have separated the restrooms into (3) areas that I will provide the work <br />as needed: <br />*Proposal #1) Women’s restroom: Demolition of toilet partitions, sink tops, toilets , and toilet <br />accessories. New plastic toilet partitions, sheetrock repairs behind the toilets where damaged, <br />reinstall existing toilets except HDC toilet area where 1 toilet will be removed, level 2 quartz <br />tops with 2 rectangular bowls and lever handle faucets, LVP flooring over the existing flooring, <br />painting of all existing walls and mirrors installed over the top of the existing mirrors! <br /> Cost: $22,786.00 <br />*Proposal #2) Men’s Restroom (Same as Women’s) <br /> Cost: $22,786.00 <br /> <br />*Proposal #3) Ceiling: New ceiling grid, basic flat tiles, new light bulbs, and exhaust fans <br /> in both restrooms.
