We will recover refrigerant, replace compressor, drier and <br />contactor, test for leaks and recharge circuit with up to 24 pounds of R410A refrigerant and verify operations. If refrigerant can be <br />reused, quote will be adjusted. Aaon Model RN-030-3-0-BB02-00, Serial 200810-ANCT01304. <br />The total for this repair will be $7,943.51 <br />This quote does not include the removal or abatement of asbestos or any other hazardous materials. <br />This work is to be completed during normal business hours with no overtime included. <br />All old equipment will be properly disposed of in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. <br />Southern Air will have free and clear access to the work area. <br />All work to be continuous, any project delays requiring Southern Air to leave and re-mobilize to the site could require <br />additional charges. <br />This quote is valid for 15 days. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to be of service. This proposal may be withdrawn if not <br />accepted within 15 days. <br />Terms: Net 30 days. Subject to credit approval. 18% APR interest charged after 30 days on unpaid balance. The purchaser will <br />pay any attorney’s fees paid to collect a balance due. Jurisdiction for any dispute shall be Lynchburg, VA. A 3% convenience <br />fee will be added to all credit card purchases. <br />Davis Bacon wage and benefit rates are not included in this proposal. If at any time during or after performance of the project it is <br />determined that Davis Bacon wage and benefit rates are required, Southern Air will be compensated in full for any additional <br />resulting costs. If Southern Air is awarded this project, this understanding will be incorporated in the terms of the contract. <br />Pricing: This cost does not include the payment of "Davis-Bacon Act" or other type prevailing wage rates.
