The anticipated turnout is more than 500
community members. This number is based on our turn out the previous
years. The mission of the festival is to promote a positive image of African
Americans and other minorities in our community through the medium of art,
music, dance, drama, and poetry. All contracted artists will be members of
the BIPOC community. Attendees will leave with a greater appreciation of
the importance of the arts and how it has played a pivotal role in African
American Culture. This event is outdoors and includes voter registration,
Black owned food trucks & vendors, and activities such as a bounce house
and face painting for children. W e look forward to bringing this family event
to our community.
Project Start Date
(no earlier than July
1, 2024)
April 12, 2025
Project End Date (no
later than June 30,
2025)
April 12, 2025
Docusign Envelope ID: 65D787F0-450A-4479-AF01-20CDDD52421F
