<br /> <br /> <br /> “B” – 8 <br />Online ticket entry <br />BiblioCommons manages support through an online ticketing system built into the BiblioCommons Partner Portal. <br />This is the standard gateway for all communications with BiblioCommons Support. BiblioCommons will supply access <br />to this service to the Library for the purpose of issue tracking. <br />All issues including emergencies should be reported to BiblioCommons through online support tickets. Once Requests <br />are submitted they will be triaged, with resources and scheduling assigned based on an assessment of the importance <br />of the issue. <br />Backup Emergency Phone <br />A toll-free emergency phone number will be made available to library staff as a backup measure for emergencies. <br />However for the best results, we encourage staff to create tickets online.
