In the event of a conflict <br />between this Order Form and the Agreement, the Order Form will govern. <br /> The Parties acknowledge and confirm that the Services set out in this Order Form will be provided in addition to any services that <br />Subscriber has also purchased with other Order Form(s). Attached or linked Service descriptions, if any, will be incorporated by <br />reference herein. <br /> Annual Subscription Fees cover hosting, support, and upgrades.
