One, in-person meeting with the client and/or design team for coordination purposes and up to three <br />conference calls are included. <br /> <br />Task L02 - Enhanced Planting Plan and Amenity Space/Hardscape/Streetscape Design <br /> <br />Utilizing the Code Compliant Planting Plan, Timmons Group will prepare an enhanced planting plan, <br />supporting notes, and details. This plan will address planting beyond what is required to meet streetscape, <br />buffer yards, foundation plantings, and tree canopy minimums providing a more wholistic approach to the <br />landscape of the development. <br /> <br />We will work closely with the architect to understand the additional reflective spaces in their design program. <br />From this understanding, we will develop schematic design level amenity/hardscape plans. Upon approval <br />from the owner and Architect, we will prepare the Construction Documents of the amenity/hardscape areas <br />that will be suitable for owner review, pricing, and competitive bidding purposes. <br /> <br />Anticipated documents and coordination items are as follows: <br />• Enhanced Planting Plan <br />• Enhanced Planting Notes and Details <br />• Amenity/Hardscape Schematic Layout Plan <br />• Amenity/Hardscape Plans depicting specialty hardscape location, size, and materials for site <br />amenity features <br />• Amenity/Hardscape Details depicting specialty hardscape size and materials for site amenity <br />features <br />• Hardscape Specifications (to be issued with construction documents) <br />• Coordination with the civil engineer for grading and drainage plan adjustments and spot <br />elevations for site amenity spaces <br />• Three (3) meetings/conference calls with the owner, architect, and design team for project <br />coordination are included. <br /> <br /> <br />Task L03 - Construction Administration <br /> <br />We will assist OA in conducting a Pre-Demolition Meeting on site. When required, we will participate in up to <br />six (6) weekly progress site visits combined with OAC meetings.
