Planting plans will utilize civil engineering base files and will be <br />incorporated into the site plan package. All site related features including building, paving, utilities, signage, <br />and light pole locations will be coordinated to eliminate conflicts with proposed landscaping. <br />Planting plans may include tree canopy coverage, perimeter buffering, screening of above ground utilities, <br />parking lot screening and interior parking lot plantings. Existing vegetation and plantings will be preserved <br />wherever possible and credited towards locality requirements. <br />Timmons Group will prepare a Tree Conservation Plan and supporting notes, details, and specifications <br />suitable for locality approval and construction. We will coordinate with OA and civil team for site related <br />demolition plan and notes. Because our mass grading plan will need to gain Urban Forestry approval, our <br />Tree Conservation Plan will identifying potential disturbance to critical root zones. <br />Anticipated deliverables are as follows: <br />• Planting Plan meeting minimum locality code requirements <br />• Planting Notes and Details <br />• Planting Specifications (to be issued with construction documents) <br />• Tree Conservation Plan <br />• Tree Conservation Notes and Details <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: A2263B78-7746-40A2-A238-D34F6FAD8083
