<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICE <br /> <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING | ENVIRONMENTAL | SURVEYING | GIS | LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE | CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br />15 of 22 <br />5410 Trinity Road <br />Suite 102 <br />Raleigh, NC 27607 <br /> <br /> <br />P 919.866.4951 <br />F 919.859.5663 <br />www.timmons.com <br /> <br />Task E05 - Construction Administration <br />Construction administration services are based on a 14-month construction schedule. <br />• Attend Pre-Construction Conference <br />• Site Visits During Related Construction Activities <br />• Review Submittals & Shop Drawings <br />• Miscellaneous Construction Administration <br />• Punchlist Inspection <br />Task E06 - Project Closeout <br />The design team will prepare record drawings based on red-lined drawings from the contractor as well as <br />contribute as necessary to any O&M manuals prepared by CPL. <br />• Water and Sewer Certifications as required <br />• SCM Certification <br />• Back-Punch Inspection <br />• Compilation of Contractor’s Record Dwgs. <br />Task E07 - Permitting <br />• Pre-application meeting suggested. Applicable town & county staff will be invited to attend & answer <br />any questions. <br />• The design team will coordinate with the Town of Hillsborough for all site development permitting <br />submittals. <br />• Apply for town-issued ZCP (Zoning Compliance Permit). <br />• Construction drawing review by TRC. <br />• Assist with Nitrogen offset fee calculation, Erosion Control Surety Calculations, and Public <br />Improvement Surety Calculations <br />• Site Plan & application materials reviewed by TRC. All TRC comments must be addressed before <br />application will be scheduled for hearing before the Board of Adjustment. <br />• Revise plans and respond to Town review Comments <br />• Submit to NCDEQ for Erosion and Sediment Control Permits <br />• NCDEQ Water and Sewer Permits as required <br />• NCDOT driveway Permits <br />• NCDOT Encroachment agreements <br />Task E08 – Special Use Permit Assistance (if required) <br />Timmons Group will assist the client with preparation and submittal of the required special use plan <br />application package to the Town of Hillsborough as noted below for this process. <br />• Attend pre-application conference with the Town of Hillsborough <br />Docusign Envelope ID: A2263B78-7746-40A2-A238-D34F6FAD8083
