Anything not expclitly listed will not <br />be completed, this includes but is not limited to the below which can be added for an additional fee. <br />• Traditional survey of wetland flags <br />• Phase II or III Environmental Site Assessments <br />• Protected Species Surveys <br />• Historical Resource Coordination/Surveys <br />• Permitting Fees (application fees, cost of public notices, mitigation costs, etc.) <br />• Nutient Offet Mitigation Credit Coordination <br />• Mitigation Design <br />• Pre-Application Meetings <br />• Wetland Permit Compliance <br /> <br /> <br />ENGINEER SERVICES <br />Task E01 - Schematic Design <br />The team will prepare schematic design level construction drawings based on the final concept design. <br />Coordination of initial permitting requirements with the Town of Hillsborough <br />• Utility availability investigation <br />• Coordinate Layouts with Architect & Owner <br />• Revise Layouts Per Review Comments <br />• Utility System Concept Plan <br />• Stormwater Management Concept Plan <br />• Team Coordination & Meetings <br />• Coordination with NCDOT <br />• Project Management & QA/QC <br />Upon completion of schematic design, the team will contribute to the Design Narrative documenting the <br />schematic design phase.
