<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICE <br /> <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING | ENVIRONMENTAL | SURVEYING | GIS | LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE | CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br />9 of 22 <br />5410 Trinity Road <br />Suite 102 <br />Raleigh, NC 27607 <br /> <br /> <br />P 919.866.4951 <br />F 919.859.5663 <br />www.timmons.com <br /> <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />• Timmons Group anticipates the Client will coordinate site access and will provide any necessary <br />documentation for field staff performing the work. <br />• Timmons Group anticipates the Client will facilitate the completion of the necessary access permission <br />forms for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for the wetland/stream confirmation. <br /> <br />Time & Material Services <br />The scope outlined below will be billed based on the actual hours required to complete the work as specified. <br />If the final project limits exceed 30 acres or the project location changes, additional scope and fee may be <br />required. <br /> <br />Task W01 - Wetland/Stream Delineation <br /> <br />Timmons Group will review existing, readily obtainable environmental information on the site such as USGS <br />mapping, aerial photography, NWI mapping and soil survey information. A wetland delineation of the subject <br />property will be performed in accordance with the 1987 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Wetland <br />Delineation Manual and appropriate Regional Supplement. A stream determination will be conducted using <br />the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) Stream Identification methodology, version <br />4.11. The flagged wetland limits will be GPS located for mapping purposes (Note that GPS location is for <br />confirmation and planning purposes and is not a substitute for traditional field survey, and in the event wetlands <br />and streams may be impacted by the project jurisdictional features should be located by traditional survey <br />Docusign Envelope ID: A2263B78-7746-40A2-A238-D34F6FAD8083
